ATTENTION!! We’ve got 2 tickets to Cochon 555 in Miami Beach this Sunday for what we feel is the premier event for everything pork and of course there will be serving some killer cocktails with some of the best bartenders in Miami!
Cochon 555 was created in 2008 in response to the lack of education around heritage breed pigs, It’s a nose-to-tail competition dedicated to supporting family farmers and educating chefs and diners about the agricultural importance of utilizing Old World livestock.
Besides this, there will be some great wine and spirits being served throughout the event including: a Manhattan Bar, a Smoked Old-Fashioned Bar, a Heritage Rum Cart, an Angostura Swizzle Bar and a Courvoisier Cognac tasting with pastries by a local chefs made with Perfect Purees. And of course, one of our favorite competitions Punch Kings, where bartenders compete on making the best punch. Winner goes on to the national finale, Grand Cochon to compete against other winning bartenders for the national title.
