Celebrate National Mai Tai Day at Radio Bar on Tuesday, June 30th!
Teddy (Radio’s head bartender) is creating a special Mai Tai Menu for next week’s Tiki Tuesday featuring four variations on the Mai Tai, including a classic. One of Radio’s twists on the Mai Tai will be the Tiki Hospitality, white rum, dark rum, Cointreau, pineapple orgeat, and lime. The recipe below:
Tiki Hospitality
.75 ounce of white rum
.75 ounce of dark rum
.25 ounce Cointreau
.75 ounce pineapple orgeat
.75 ounce lime
Garnish with pineapple leaves and mint sprig
