As usual the team at 27 Restaurant never fails. The service, the food, the cocktails and overall hospitality are top notch. When we heard there was a new cocktail menu being launched we had to see what it was all about. This menu is now live!

“Mary, Rose & Jane”
Bombay Dry Gin, Dolin Blanc infused with Rosemary, Florida Citrus, Bitter Lemon Soda, Garnished with Sage from the garden
Elad’s Manischewitz
Hidalgo Sherry de Crema, Blackberry Shrub, Malbec, Black Walnut with Egg Whites
Oaxacain’ Taco
Olmeca Altos Tequila, Mojo Shrub, Sofrito Reduction, Cilantro
These cocktails were created by the whole bar staff in 27 Restaurant spearheaded by Eddie Fuentes, it is truly a team effort and it makes it even more special. Pass by this week to try some of these beauties!
