For those that know Julio Cabrera, they understand the art of hospitality in a different way. And now, Julio Cabrera has decided to step down from his post at The Regent Cocktail Club. But he’s now going out without a party, and this one is in the form of his own, Havana Nights.
The art of being a cantinero has been alive and well since Julio arrived in Miami. His way with cocktails, his charm and wit and his best-in-class hospitality have made The Regent Cocktail Club a go-to when coming to Miami Beach.
Now, Julio has decided to focus on other projects and like a true gentleman, is stepping away from his delightful Havana Nights. On any given Wednesday, you can find the who’s who in the hospitality industry mingling and enjoying a cocktail or two while Julio is tending bar, playing an instrument or even singing with the band. This type of hospitality has made Havana Nights a staple in Miami Beach.
But not to worry, in true Julio fashion, he has trained and mentored numerous bartenders who will continue the legacy of Havana Nights.
On a personal note, we love Julio here in Spirited Miami and are excited to see what the next part of his journey has in store for him and of course us, his loyal bar flys.
Onto the next one Cantinero!
