Bar Lab‘s Gabe Orta has kept busy these days.
With the opening of The Anderson in Miami and soon the Broken Shaker in LA, the Bar Lab team is hard at work spreading their brand of cocktail culture from coast to coast.
With the little time they do have they focus on what else? Cocktails.
Diageo North America recently appointed Gabe Orta to the Johnnie Walker Flavors of America program in the United States.
The focus is simple. Spreading that cocktail vibe to the scotch sector.
It’s no secret that scotch lovers enjoy their whisky on the rocks or neats, but how about in a cocktail? This is what this program will accomplish, putting creative Scotch cocktails in the hands of cocktail lovers.
What we love is that it focuses on the cities ingredients and culture to bring to life the Scotch cocktail.
Expect some pretty amazing things to come out of this program.
