Chef Diego Oka has just come back from a culinary adventure that took him to Italy and Asia. We are sure to see this in some of his dishes.
With that, Bar Manager Eleftherios Kraounakis (Lef), wasn’t going to leave the cocktails untouched. So he got to work, and added some cocktails to the menu. Lef has since moved on to open up his own bar concept which we are eagerly awaiting!

Cardamom-infused Dolin Rouge Vermouth,
lemon bitters, raisin bitters
Acholado pisco, Inca Kola-dragon fruit
reduction, pineapple, lime,
old fashioned bitters
