La Mar debuts new menu by Chef Diego Oka along with new cocktails by Lef!

La Mar by Gastón Acurio at Mandarin Oriental, Miami announces a new menu, which if you haven’t been, is sure to be incredible as it never disappoints.

Chef Diego Oka has just come back from a culinary adventure that took him to Italy and Asia.  We are sure to see this in some of his dishes.

With that, Bar Manager Eleftherios Kraounakis (Lef), wasn’t going to leave the cocktails untouched.  So he got to work, and added some cocktails to the menu.  Lef has since moved on to open up his own bar concept which we are eagerly awaiting!

Classics with a Twist
NEGRONI ANEJO
Sage-infused gin, Campari, Perfecto Amor
apertif wine, oak aged for 60 days

MANHATTAN DE FRUTILLA
Strawberry-infused Pisco Quebranta,
Cardamom-infused Dolin Rouge Vermouth,
lemon bitters, raisin bitters

Signature Cocktails
DRAGON’S BLOOD
Acholado pisco, Inca Kola-dragon fruit
reduction, pineapple, lime,
old fashioned bitters

SMOKY PINEAPPLE
Smoked Avion Silver Tequila,
St. Germain elderflower foam, fresh
pineapple, lime, jalapeño
