Matador Bar at the EDITION Hotel launches summer cocktail menu and it is delicious!

The Matador Bar at the EDITION Hotel in Miami Beach is at it again!

Two months ago you saw our post on one of our favorite cocktails, the Muleta created by one of Miami’s great bartenders, Angelo Vieira.

While the signature menu is here to stay, which includes The Pineapple (served in their signature copper pineapple) and the Muleta, the summer menu focuses on classics to quench your thirst during the hot Miami summer.

Once again, it was all hands on the deck, as the menu creation was a team effort.
