Here is the recipe for you to make at home:
2 dashes Bitter Truth Spiced Chocolate Bitters
2 droplets of Bittermen’s Hellfire Habanero Shrub
2 oz Cardenal Mendoza
.5 oz Bodegas Hidalgo Triana Pedro Ximenez Sherry
.5 oz Bodegas Hidalgo Oloroso Seco Faraon Sherry
Stir for 15-20 seconds, strain over fresh ice.
Garnish with Jamon Iberico.
