The Matador Bar at the EDITION Hotel has been bringing some of New York’s finest bar talent for their “Third Thursday Takeover Series” and today is no different.
Attaboy is in the building!
Attaboy is one of New York’s best bars and is considered one of the best bars in the world. Formerly, Milk & Honey, Sam Ross and Michael McIlroy will behind the stick serving up some great cocktails.
Sam Ross is the creator of the modern classic, the Penicillin Cocktail, which he created in 2005. The Penicillin Cocktail is Scotch, lemon juice, honey syrup, Islay Scotch and ginger. A beautiful cocktail which we hope we can get our hands on one from the man himself.
Expect great cocktail and a great atmosphere as these gentlemen serve up tasty libations for the crowd.
