The Pubbelly Boys are at it again!
World renowned bar chefs of Employees Only in NYC and Derek Stilmann of Pawn Broker in Downtown Miami, are completely taking over Pubbelly, transforming the restaurant into an exclusive, limited entry, late-night speakeasy. Curtains drawn, lights dimmed, your senses will tingle from the air of exclusivity.

Tiki Charity Event brought to you by Cornerstone Marketing
Famed west coast bartenders Alex Straus and Yael Stormborn will get behind the stick and serve up delicious libations for a night of tiki in support of Lotus House, a local holistic shelter for women and children. $10 gets you a raffle ticket and food curated by David A Martinez, tiki drinks made by Alex Straus, Yael Stormborn, and Liz Pearce, and entertainment provided by Kerri Aultman. In its Miami premiere, this three hour (with a VIP hour) walk-around tasting is sponsored by Valrhona Chocolates and stocked with an array of chocolate-friendly liquor brands. You’ll have a chance to taste through a selection of bespoke desserts made by Miami’s premier chocolatiers, bakers, and pastry chefs, each paired with a complementary spirit.
