We here at Spirited Miami haven’t hidden our love for the food and drink at 27 Restaurant & Bar. That’s why when we got wind that a new menu was on the horizon we had to taste.
We stopped in last week and had the opportunity to try their newest libations and once again, they didn’t disappoint.
Randy Perez has been meticulously working on this menu and he has done some incredible work.
Here are our favorites:
Inglorious Bastard
A tall light and refreshing aperitif cocktail made with Arak, fresh Florida citrus, and a grapefruit reduction.
B*T#H BETTER HAVE MY MONEY
A take on a swizzle. Absolut Vodka, strawberries, citrus, Aperol, house-made cinnamon reduction with opal basil.
Across the Causeway
Olmeca Altos Tequila, fresh carrot juice, Florida citrus, Mexican pepper reduction, Strega.
Pass That Bowl
Coconut fat-washed Olmeca Altos Tequila, fresh lime juice, tamarindo shrub and house-made curry bitters.
